DIABETES EDUCATION PROGRAM
Education & Support at Reeves County Hospital District
Reeves County Hospital District offers support and guidance for individuals newly diagnosed with diabetes and for those who need extra support managing the condition.
The ADCES (American Diabetes Care and Education Specialists) accredited Diabetes Education Program provides education and support to people with Pre-Diabetes, Type1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes.
This outpatient program helps patients learn how to better manage the condition through individual and group sessions. It includes follow-up appointments at one month, three months, six months, nine months and then yearly.
Referrals are accepted from any provider. Contact your healthcare provider for a referral today.
